The Customer ID is a unique identification number that can be found on various documents (purchase invoices, shipping notes, webshop invoices).

The format is “ES#### ##” for Spain and “PT######” for Portugal.

If you're a sales representative, your ID# is unique, and you can contact the Finance or Customer Service team with any questions.
